1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://homesbyzahir.com/ (the “Site”), operated by Zahir U. Ahmed (“Zahir Homes,” “we,” “us”), a licensed real estate salesperson affiliated with Voro LLC. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Licensing and Brokerage Disclosure

Zahir U. Ahmed, GRI, is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New York (License #10401301102), affiliated with Voro LLC. The Broker of Record is Danny Shamooil. Real estate services are offered through Voro LLC, 1129 Northern Blvd, Suite #422, Manhasset, NY 11030.

Nothing on this Site creates an agency, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship. Such a relationship exists only under a written agreement signed by you and the Brokerage.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
